To become a member of the Rocky Gas Co-Op individuals and corporations must apply for membership and be approved by the Board of Directors.
There is a one-time charge of $1.00 (one dollar).

The Rocky Gas Board of Directors is made up of seven Rocky Gas Co-Op members in good standing.
Directors agree to stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for a period of three years. Each year three positions come up for re-election. Members are encouraged to participate in this process in both casting a vote at the AGM and/ or allowing their name to stand as a Director candidate.
The Board’s fundamental role is stewardship. The Board is responsible for supervising the management and affairs of the co-op, and is ultimately responsible for all actions and decisions of the Co-op.

The Board positions are volunteer positions with minimal remuneration for time spent at official functions.
Candidates for Director positions on the Board are encouraged to make their intentions known in writing.
